Our Story
In the 1950s-1980s, my grandfather owned a bicycle and motorcycle shop called Pike’s Cycle Stores, in St. John’s, NL. I think that’s where my entrepreneurial spirit comes from (along with my love for all things with an engine)!
I’m passionate about helping new managers excel because I know what that pressure feels like. I went from being on the team one day to leading it the next. Exhilarating, nerve wracking, exciting, and stressful! Over the years I’ve observed what poor leadership can do to an employee, a team, and an organization. I’m sure you have, too – it’s not pretty. I want to change that.
It’s the dawn of a new era – I want to help develop managers who care deeply and lead with head and heart.
